Glen Echo Park (Maryland)

Glen Echo Park is a National Park Service-operated arts and cultural center in suburban Maryland near Washington, D.C., housed in a former amusement park that operated from 1911 to 1968 and features notable Streamline Moderne architecture, a vintage Dentzel carousel, and a Spanish Ballroom. The facility now hosts visual and performing arts classes, workshops, performances, and events including the Washington Folk Festival, attracting over 350,000 visitors annually.
