Magic-City was an amusement park and dance hall located near the Eiffel Tower in Paris from 1900 to 1934, but became most notable in the 1920s-early 1930s as the venue for elaborate annual masked balls that served as a major gathering place for Paris's LGBTQ+ community during the interwar period.
